In this function, he leads company-broad strategy on each expertise management and improvement, management enchancment, and worker engagement. Additionally, he leads the companyĆ¢€™s range and inclusion strategy. Prior to his current role, Ian served Erickson in numerous executive director roles, overseeing giant-scale retirement campuses with over 1,200 staff, 2,000 residents and managing budgets exceeding $one hundred million. Prior to his function at Erickson, he held leadership capacities at other retirement living and healthcare companies efficiently. Ian accomplished undergraduate research at Brooklyn College in New York. He earned a Master of Liberal Studies at ChicagoĆ¢€™s Lake Forest College and each a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Graduate Certificate in Senior Housing and Healthcare from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins.
